"Mediation Theory into Practice"
Training with Roy Baroff
Add practical skills to
your mediation “tool box” by considering mediation theory.
In this program you will first take a step back and consider
the underlying thinking and theory of facilitative,
transformative and narrative mediation. From this
foundation you will practice and play with mediation skills
that come from these ideas. Additionally, you will also
focus on rapport building techniques to open space and build
relationships. This is an interactive program designed to
expand your mediation thinking and skill set.
