S. Scott Eggleston is an experienced estate planning attorney with a passion for helping individuals and families secure their financial future through careful estate planning. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Mr. Eggleston has become a trusted advisor to his clients.

After graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law, Mr. Eggleston began his career in private practice with a focus on estate planning, estate administration/probate, and real estate. He has helped thousands of clients plan their estates and advised hundreds of clients in the administration of a loved one’s estate. Mr. Eggleston has found that assisting clients through the estate administration process has been the best education and has greatly influenced how he approaches estate planning.

Throughout his career, Mr. Eggleston has focused on a common sense, simple, and concise approach to estate planning. He is known for his compassionate approach to each client's unique situation, taking the time to understand their needs and goals, and communicating with the client on their level.

Mr. Eggleston is the owner of the firm of Ivey & Eggleston with offices in Asheboro, Greensboro, and High Point. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Eggleston is an active entrepreneur who helped co-found Venture Asheboro, a co-working space and small business incubator which serves underrepresented rural business owners. Additionally, Mr. Eggleston owns Partners Consulting Group, an IT company that provides managed IT services to small to medium sized businesses in North Carolina and he is also a Board member of the Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce, Carolina Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, and the Truist Bank local advisory board.
